For Maritime Law Firms

From fragmented claimant evidence to a lawyer-reviewable case package.

Claims OS is being designed to reduce the administrative distance between raw maritime intake and the first meaningful legal review.

What Claims OS prepares

Structured Case Card

Claimant role, vessel, IMO, flag, employer, incident facts, SEA/CBA status and evidence categories.

Evidence Index

Classification, dates, sources, duplicates, missing metadata and confidence labels.

Factual Chronology

Source-linked timeline with conflicts and uncertainty flagged for lawyer review.

Missing Evidence

A reviewable checklist intended to reduce repeated document follow-up.

Translation Layer

Clearly labelled AI-assisted translation with one-click access to originals.

Lawyer Control

Approve, correct, flag, annotate and export. The lawyer remains the legal decision-maker.

Boundary by design

Claims OS does not independently provide legal advice, determine legal merits, value damages, choose forum or jurisdiction, recommend settlement, negotiate, litigate or hold client settlement funds.

Controlled validation: do not send confidential or privileged live case material unless appropriate pilot agreements and data-processing instructions are in place. Initial demonstrations use synthetic, historical or redacted material.
