Ievhen has a legal-education background and approximately ten years of hands-on experience supporting the preparation and administration of maritime claims for Ukrainian seafarers and their families.
That work included drafting pre-litigation correspondence and case materials concerning shipowners, vessel managers, P&I clubs and correspondents under senior/director review, and preparing matters for handoff to foreign maritime counsel when lawyer-led proceedings were required.
The project is now translating those recurring workflows into a structured, validation-first technology system.
