Information we process

When you submit the B2B enquiry form, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, law firm, work email, role, country or jurisdiction, practice area, enquiry type and brief message. Website and form infrastructure may also process technical information such as IP address and anti-spam signals.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to business enquiries, assess requests for a Claims OS demo or Founding Pilot discussion, take requested pre-contract steps where applicable, maintain necessary business correspondence, and protect the form from spam and abuse.

Legal basis

Depending on the applicable law and purpose, we rely on legitimate interests in operating and validating the B2B product, responding to expected professional enquiries and maintaining security, and on steps requested before entering into a contract where applicable. We do not rely on a general marketing consent simply because you submit this form.

Hosting, forms and international processing

The site is hosted and the form is processed using Netlify. Netlify Forms uses Akismet, operated by Automattic, for spam filtering. These providers may process data outside Ukraine, including in the United States and other jurisdictions. Where cross-border safeguards are required, applicable contractual and other safeguards available under the relevant law are used.

Analytics, advertising and language preference

We do not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural analytics on this site.

The recommended v0.4 implementation does not persist your language choice beyond the browsing session. Language-specific URLs, and where necessary a session-only preference, are used to keep navigation consistent.

Do not submit case material

We do not ask for or intend to collect confidential, privileged, medical or live case material through this form. Please do not submit it.

Retention

Spam and irrelevant submissions are deleted promptly and no later than 30 days. Valid raw Netlify form submissions are deleted within 30 days after triage or transfer into ordinary business correspondence.

Ordinary B2B correspondence is retained while the enquiry or relationship remains active and is reviewed for deletion 12 months after the last substantive interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably required for a contract, legal claim, compliance obligation or other lawful purpose.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or raise a privacy concern. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority where applicable.

Automated decisions

We do not use the contact form for automated legal decisions or profiling.

Future changes

If the site later adds analytics, advertising technology, production client processing or new material data recipients, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those functions are activated.
